Cheryl Scheidell has been in the Mortgage Industry since 2002 and has been working with Reverse Mortgages specifically for the last 10 years! She can do loans Nationwide except for New York and is personally licensed in AZ, OR, CA, NV and TX. She believes in Reverse Mortgages so much that my Mom even has one.
As a Phoenician, born and raised in Arizona she went to NAU and received her Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. After leaving that industry, she found her way into the Mortgage Industry. She has Co-Founded Arizona Women of Impact and has Volunteered and Chaired the ValleyLife Gala.
She attends and presents (educates) at several networking groups from Senior Connections, Arizona Coalition on Aging, PASRS (Professional Association of Senior Referral Specialists), NAPMW (National Association Professional Mortgage Women) & Connecting with Connectors. She just started hosting a Radio Show in Arizona every Sunday on AM960 The Patriot at 3:30p.m. You can find previous episodes at 960thepatriot.com in the podcast section. She hopes you’ll take a listen as she has spotlighted several referral partners on her show to educate the public in different areas that would be beneficial to them for aging in place or making the leap to a Senior Community. Not only does she want to answer all your questions about Reverse Mortgages, she wants to be a resource to her community.
One of her favorite things to do is to travel to places she hasn’t been before! She’s been very fortunate to have visited all 50 states before turning 50! Still on the bucket list is Ireland, Scotland and Bora Bora! With the loss of her fur babies due to age, she enjoys dog sitting for others. Enough about me, how can I assist you?
